Hey, when we first did it we didn't know of slit-scan so far, we just knew of it from Rybczynski's work. But, anyway, we've never actually thought of it as something new, but just as an experiment on a known process. Casey Pugh (some comments up) has a similar project on flash and it looks great - besides, it's a lot more accessible than ours.
